Return, Replacement, & Refund Policy

1. General Terms
- Scope of Policy:
This policy applies to purchases made through www.bestuds.com. - Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their request complies with this policy. - Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt, order number, or confirmation email & 360* Unboxing Video is required to process any return, replacement, or refund.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Customer must share unedited 360* Unboxing Video as per sample in this policy.
- The returned item must be:
- Unused, unworn, without wrinkles and in its original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories & cards.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- All consumable items like shoe shiner & other shoe care items.
- A color shade variation by means you have ordered brown shoe & you find the shade of brown is little different than what you have expected.
- Personalized or custom-made products including the gifting products..
- If customer does not have 360* Unboxing Video
- Used Items which is not in intact condition and having any kind of defect due to mis use.
- Tags, Labels & Original Packing is not available.
2.3 Return Process
- Step 1: Initiate Return
Contact us at support@bestuds.com or submit a return request through www.bestuds.com with your order number and reason for the return under My Account page.. - Step 2: Return Approval
Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address. - Step 3: Pick-Up shall be arranged by us.
- Step 4: Inspection and Refund
After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return and will be liable to borne shipping cost unless:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- There was an error on our part.
3. Replacement Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement may be requested if:
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The item is having manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item by means
- The SKU* number you received is not as per your order.
- The size received is different & not as per your order.
- The color is different than you ordered.
*SKU – STOCK KEEPING UNIT is the number which defines the series, style, color & size of the item. Which you will able to see on product page while ordering.
3.2 Replacement Request Process
Incase of replacement approved, the replacement product will be dispatched in 2-4 business days and you may expect it to be delivered to the provided location within 3-7 business days.
- Step 1: Contact us at support@bestuds.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Step 2: Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including photos if applicable.
- Step 3: Upon approval, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
3.3 Exceptions
We may deny replacement requests if:
- The product was damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Customer does not have 360* Unboxing Video.
- The Tags, Labels & Original Packing is not available.
- The request is made after the eligibility window.
- Items are purchased in SPECIAL SALE or any other way of discount availed.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued for:
- Returned items that meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Orders canceled before the item has shipped.
- Situations where replacements are not possible.
4.2 Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not granted for:
- Shipping charges (except when the issue is due to our error).
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Items returned in damaged condition or incomplete packaging (may qualify for a partial refund).
- Items are purchased in SPECIAL SALE or any other way of discount availed.
4.3 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
4.4 Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in cases where:
- The item is returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The return request was initiated after the specified return window but approved as an exception.
- Shipping charges are supposed to be borne by customer.
- Items are purchased in SPECIAL SALE or any other way of discount availed.
5. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 of placing the order for a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, it must be returned following the return policy.
